Hotel Am Zoo

I had single room with an en suite bathroom. Comfortable beds, an iron, a work desk, and television were a nice touch. The location couldn't be more magnificent and decent close to the centre of town;))

Every detail of the hotel was perfectly fine, all the staff were professional and very supportive. The rooms were a nice size and silent, included a sofa bed, central heating, and an iron. Got the view of street.

By and large, it was great value and good small place with accommodating staff from the reception to the maids. The location was exceptionally nice, relatively near Westminster Cathedral. I didn't want to leave and would return there.

The location was very central, near a quiet square at the Zoo U-bahn stop, close to the centre of Frankfurt, Italian restaurant and the zoo and the botanic gardens. The rooms were airy and silent, had shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the bathroom.

The hotel was in a good and perfect location, next to a tram station. We booked neat king room for an en suite bathroom and could use wake-up service, available in it.

Great value accommodation with decent setting close to the zoo, shopping district and public transportation, trams, trains and buses, Coffee houses, bars and restaurants and the public transport.

Neat and silent hotel unit with breakfast. A sofa bed, central heating, and an iron available. Particularly good and ideal location, an easy walk to everywhere.

The venue was in a central location close to The old capital of West Berlin prior to the fall of the wall, Close to zoo and airport. It also was near to metro.

The venue's position was very central. Being close to a subway station was a bonus. A lot of food for breakfast, it was fab.

Bright low budget hotel with affable staff from the reception to the maids. Ideal and decent location with a tube station close to the venue. Just 15 min walk to downtown.

Relaxing and exceptionally clean place, professional and very supportive staff from the reception to the maids. A wide array of products for a savoury breakfast. Peaceful location with private parking if needed and just off a quiet square, walkable to Dom / romerberg and local shops and restaurants. A wide array of food options within easy walking distance of the venue.

The location of the hotel was magnificent and decent - just a short walk away from Historical Museum. We were moved to a guest room and had an iron, a work desk and television.

The location seemed magnificent and unbeatable right next to the underground. It was also very close to transport links and a sombre nature.

The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. I must comment on its very central location - it was unbeatable.

It was a really great stay, lovely place. Everything was great, the service was welcoming! The staff was really kind, the rooms were updated. The location was marvellous and brilliant for Frankfurt am Main, short walk to owned restaurants supported by locals, the Zoo very close to the main shopping drag Zeil street which leads straight to the Opera and the S.

Their staff were not that friendly.

Our location was marvellous and decent, next to a tram station. Everyone was exceptionally nice and pleasant. The unit we got was neat and silent with great retro decor and bath.

Savoury breakfast - 3 star level. Silent & reasonably large unit with 2 single beds, bath and maybe a water heater. Good and perfect location, in a residential area.

The accommodation was well priced and overall clean, the ambience was home-like. The king room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was good sized for an additional pillow. A tube station was close to the place.
