Arena Villa Am Wasserpark

The location was unbeatable in the very very nice area. My double room was recently renovated and very well kept. Pleasant staff gave advice on things to do.

Simply nothing too much trouble, real good stay. Homey, hip new property. Supper friendly staff, modern and newly decorated rooms with balcony, AC, WiFi. A wide range of fab food for meals. Excellent location, just a walk down to everywhere. Also, near public transport...

Overall it was well-equipped and well decorated with ac. They offered me breads, cereal, muffins, pastries, and scrambled eggs in the morning.

Newly decorated and reasonably large units with WiFi, large bed and AC, and the staff were flexible.

New-fashioned units with clean bathroom and large bed plus balcony. The location particularly good and unbeatable close to the tram. Based near to the embassy as well as an amazing restaurant down the street which had great food.

Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

We had a perfectly pleasant 5 nights stay. We liked GREAT food. Its location was great and unbeatable, really close to the US embassy, and in a very very nice area. Nordend district was worth exploring. Everything was simply very comfortable.

The staff - some of them were not particularly friendly.

Tbh, had a very good stay on a business trip. The location was particularly good for getting around, as a tram station was in front of the hotel. I had coffee at Coffee Gallery, located within 5 minutes walk.

The staff were helpful and the setting was great. A tram station steps away from the hotel was really handy. It was compact, lovely looking and with ac😃👍🙂
