It was perfectly clean with very very helpful and top-class staff at the receptionist.

The breakfast itself was cold, can be far better.

This was a well-maintained hotel with a central location near the center.

Always immaculately clean place with attentive and top-class staff and marvellous location. 15 km away from Frankfurt airport. Very very good breakfast with lots of meals.

Overall - high-class and good value place with reasonably good staff who manned night shift.

A bit old room.

There were an electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar, and air conditioning in the rooms, which made them warm. The breakfast was free and fine with a wide array of dishes to choose from.

Top-class place with professional staff who manned night shift, liked it. We were in a quiet and the best location at a medium distance from Zeil Street. There was a lot of restaurants and eateries nearby: )

Magnificent setting, really close to the centre of the red-light district, Frankfurt's main tourist attractions : the Old City and the Old City, the Zeil pedestrian shopping mall, museums, and restaurants. Also, close to the Zeil shopping street.

Everything was perfectly fine during 2 days, enjoyed its the best location next to the Shopping Center and the zoo, the Konstablerwache where the shopping avenue starts, and car rental. The breakfast was free, had a great selection of options.

The location of the hotel was best possible - within walking distance of Iron Bridge. The train station was near the place. The rooms were tidy, the staff were attentive.

The stay here was very very good for one night in the Grand Hotel Dream. It was functional, new-fashioned and with a hot tub.

Everything was really good, we had good 1 day here. Our queen room was complete with shower, a double bed, for example. The hotel was placed in the central location to main railway station.

we really enjoyed it. the downtown is within 10 minutes' walk. being a short way from emir et was nice, we had dinner there.

The hotel is a short walk to goethe house and romerberg. Really helpful staff.
