Very, very nice staff here at the reception desk. The location is very central, not far from the shopping street as well as Frankfurt after along flight from Australia. Plus, the hotel is located relatively close to Princes Street Gardens.

Every detail there was really good. The room we were upgraded at no charge to was beautifully decorated and included a multi-channel television, a seating area, and a study table. A tram station was easy walk to the venue.

It had very central location close to Schirn Art Hall Kunsthalle. The staff was willing to help and always had a smile. No complaints, appreciated my stay at this hotel and would definitely return.

Designer hotel with EXCEPTIONAL staff and good location. Thoroughly enjoyed that the venue was close enough to the train station, 15 minutes' walk. Being right by rund & bunt was nice, we had dinner there. We got an upgrade to an air-conditioned room with flat-screen TV and a work desk.
