The room was new-fashioned with air conditioning, a mini bar, and an iron/ironing board, great views. The hotel had good and fantastic location right by 3 minutes by tram, a mall where there is a several good value food places for light meals, and taxi.

The hotel was in a great and incredible location very close to a mall for what we wanted it for. The staff were very amiable, with extra attention to the details.

They gave us a double room with great views, drinks plus the premium sky view. The staff were genuinely helpful, the location was marvellous and incredible. Moreover, it's really close to tram and taxi 3 minutes.

i'd give it more than 4 stars, everything was excellent. the location for frankfurt am main was great and fantastic, really close to taxi 3 minutes, 3 minutes by tram and the exhibition. i dined near the hotel at bao anh deluxe.

Loved our 4 nights stay. Comforts of double room were fabulous - a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment, and TV. The staff were genuinely helpful at this place.

It was brilliant base for travelling to Frankfurt am Main, I was glad to stay there. The location near the city center was great. The staff was welcoming - I would come here again.
