Great place, OUTSTANDINGLY ACCOMMODATING staff who really needs to go and learn about customer service. Huge rooms with a delightful decor, extremely comfy beds with down pillows. Particularly good, excellent location in Frankfurt am Main, next to the Alte Oper where the concert was held, downtown area, and Frankfurt. Also, near large public park.

The location in a downtown area was magnificent and incredible and there were shopping centres and the Christmas market nearby. The staff members were amazingly attentive and outstandingly accommodating.
